Ticket-IT is centralized around promotional batches. A batch is a sales campaign that a store can use to create multiple ticket types. Stores can have the option to upload batches on their own, edit batch information or create their own batch tickets.

Adhoc ticket builder is available for any store to build lost or damaged tickets in store quickly and easily. Allowing them to react to any local market changes. Also, Adhoc ticket builder, like all of Ticket-IT, is a really simple process to use that all your store users will appreciate. It is made even more productive with its inventory search capability.

Our inventory system allows users to search for saved product information. Pulling data from an uploaded inventory list, Ticket-IT lets the user build accurate tickets instantly with minimal searching by the user themselves. Departments
We allow for clients to define multiple sets of products which can be used to create a batch. Or as a lookup source when creating Adhoc. As a result, when the user is keying an Adhoc product and the system knows it exists, it auto completes the Adhoc fields based on the data in the departmental datasource.
Zoned Pricing
Allow clients to control the price of products based on geographic regions, zones, store sizes or store types. When store users are printing tickets, prices are shown as per the store’s allocated zone setting and can be changed if required or locked.
Multiple Brands Under One Client
As a client with multiple brands, you can segment stores into different groups. Each group can have its own set of templates, it’s own branding but all pricing and products are managed centrally and all recieve the same promotional batches.
